Whilst almost at the end of their school career, student leaders know very little about themselves. Their academic focus to this point has been largely based upon retaining content based information designed for specific and measured outcomes.

Leadership requires a very different set of skills including self – awareness, awareness of others, conflict management and group strategy focus. This is exactly what EnQ Practice offers our student leadership teams in a time affordable and cost effective 4 hour workshop, run in-house, at your school.

  • We teach each student about their unique personality wiring and where their inherent strengths lie.

  • Students are given a powerful insight into their core values and trigger points.

  • The attendees are taught about conflict in depth and how to manage conflict situations effectively as student leaders.

  • Each group we train is transformed from a group of individuals showing excellent potential to a powerful leadership team through the “honking strategy” – a conscious strategy developed in the workshop, with the guidance and expertise of the facilitator, to be carried through their leadership year.
