From Sandy's Desk
Leadership Development Resources for Teachers
We are delighted to extend an invitation from EnQPractice and Allcopy Publishers for you to subscribe to our well-regarded series of leadership articles tailored specifically for schoolteachers and educators, aptly named “From Sandy’s Desk.”
These insightful articles are thoughtfully published approximately four times a year to provide valuable insights and strategies for enhancing leadership for your students in an educational setting, as well as preparing them for future leadership roles.
As the Co-Founder of Allcopy Publishers and the Founder of EnQPractice, I have dedicated my career to the field of leadership development, with a particular focus on preparing our future leaders. My extensive doctoral study, spanning from 2019 to 2023, has enabled me to design fresh and proven research that empowers students to cultivate their own distinctive leadership identities while still in the school environment.
Knowledge That Empowers
By nurturing a personal leadership identity alongside their self-identity, adolescents gain a profound understanding of how leadership directly relates to their lives. Our program equips them with vital skills, including self-awareness, self-leadership, conflict resolution, and the capacity to positively influence others. These skills are designed to support their holistic high school journey and set the stage for successful careers beyond the classroom.
We cordially invite you to partake in this invaluable knowledge-sharing experience, and we sincerely hope that our materials will prove instrumental in enriching your role in fostering leadership awareness and skills among the students under your guidance.
Please rest assured that our communications will exclusively pertain to our work in student leadership, ensuring that your inbox remains focused and clutter-free.
Your feedback and thoughts are immensely valuable to us, and we actively encourage you to reach out to me directly at sandy@enqpractice.com with any comments or suggestions you may have.
Thank you for your commitment to leadership preparation, and we look forward to your engagement with “From Sandy’s Desk”.
Warm regards,
Dr. Sandy Geyer
